Cornelia Christiane von Teichman und Logischen (born Cornelia Christiane Wilcke; born September 18, 1947 in Hamburg ) is a German politician ( FDP ).

Life

Teichman was born in Hamburg as the daughter of the doctor Rudolf Wilcke. She has been married to the lawyer Christoph von Teichman und Logischen (* 1947) since 1975. The couple have two grown daughters.

Von Teichman has been a member of the FDP since 1969 . From 1974 to 1978 she was a member of the district assembly in the Hamburg-Nord district . In the European elections in 1989 , she was the Hamburg FDP top candidate. Her place ninth on the FDP federal list was not enough to move into the European Parliament . In the same year she was elected to the FDP state executive. During the European election campaign, she spoke out in favor of introducing the local right to vote for foreigners throughout Europe. She was a member of the German Bundestag for the 12th electoral period from 1990 to 1994. She was elected to parliament via the Hamburg state list of the FDP. During this time she was also a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. In 1991 she was elected deputy chairwoman of the German-Baltic parliamentary circle of friends.

The doctor of medicine worked as a doctor in Hamburg and Hong Kong. Teichman is also an Evangelical Lutheran. Graduated theologian and ordained pastor. She works as a volunteer pastor in St. Georg-Borgfelde and as a hospital chaplain in the Hamburg-Eilbek hospital . The certified bibliodrama leader conducts free bibliodrama evenings in the parish .
