Cornelis Berkhouwer

Cornelis Berkhouwer (born March 19, 1919 in Alkmaar , Netherlands ; † October 5, 1992 in Alkmaar) was a Dutch politician and President of the European Parliament from 1973 to 1975 .

Berkhouwer belonged to the right-wing liberal People's Party for Vrijheid en Democratie and was a member of the European Parliament between 1956 and 1985 and its president from 1973 to 1975.
