The Correa Point (English; Spanish Punta Correa ) is a headland of Greenwich Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is 1.3 km southwest of Ferrer Point on the south bank of Discovery Bay and separates the Ensenada Rodríguez in the east from the Ensenada Ramos in the west.
Scientists of the 1st Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1946–1947) named the headland after Hernán Correa Rodríguez, who was involved as a cameraman on this research trip. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee translated this designation into English in 2005.
