The technician FC Corso Strelitz (short: Corso Strelitz ) was a German football club from Strelitz , the club was subordinate to the local Technikum Strelitz .
Athletic career
Corso Strelitz was founded under the name SC Corso Strelitz-Alt , and with the support of the Strelitz technical center, it subsequently appeared as the technician FC Corso Strelitz .
On a sporting level, the club was active in the championships of the Mecklenburg Football Association and the Lübeck-Mecklenburg Football League . The greatest success in the club's history was the 1909, ahead of the favorite clubs of Schwerin FC 03 , Vorwärts 04 Schwerin and Rostocker FC , reaching the finals of the North German Football Association , in which Strelitz lost 6-0 to Holstein Kiel in the quarter-finals . The club later failed to qualify for the north German finals.
In 1931 the club merged with Viktoria to form Corso Viktoria Neustrelitz . Any participation in the Gauliga Nordmark and Gauliga Mecklenburg did not take place in the following period.
