Crina Pintea (born April 3, 1990 in Podu Turcului , born Crina Ailincăi ) is a Romanian handball player .

Career

Crina Pintea started playing handball at the age of 16. From 2010 she played for the Romanian first division club HC Zalau . With Zalau she took part in the EHF Cup in four seasons . In the 2011/12 season , the cyclist reached the final, which was won by the Russian club GK Lada Tolyatti . In October 2015, she moved to the German Bundesliga club Thuringian HC . With the THC she won the German championship in 2016. In the summer of 2017, she moved to the French first division club Issy Paris Hand, who renamed itself Paris 92 a year later . In December 2018 she moved to the Hungarian club Győri ETO KC . With Győr she won the Hungarian Championship, the Hungarian Cup and the EHF Champions League in 2019 . She has been under contract with the Romanian club CSM Bucharest since the 2019/20 season .

Crina Pintea made 71 appearances for the Romanian national team , scoring 99 goals. She won the bronze medal at the 2015 World Cup . At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, she was not part of the national team, but was called up again for the 2017 World Cup in Germany. She finished fourth at the 2018 European Championships and was also elected to the All-Star team.
