Cristian Ugalde García (born October 19, 1987 in Barcelona ) is a Spanish handball player .

From 2012 he played for the Hungarian first division club KC Veszprém . He previously played for FC Barcelona . Cristian Ugalde is the younger brother of the Spanish national handball player Antonio Ugalde . From the 2018/19 season he was under contract with the German Bundesliga club TSV Hannover-Burgdorf . In the summer of 2020 he joined the Greek first division club AEK Athens .

With the Spanish national team he won the bronze medal at the 2011 World Cup . At the European Championships in Denmark in 2014 , he again won bronze. So far, he has played 131 international matches , in which he threw 288 goals.
