Cut.Rate.Box was founded in 1989 by G. Wygonik in Florida . The project then moved to various locations in the United States, such as Chicago , New Orleans and North Carolina . Cut.Rate.Box has been a solo project by G. Wygonik in Auston, Texas since Hurricane Katrina . The band's latest album is from 2017 and is titled Xenophobe .
