Cyril Gill
Cyril Gill ( Cyril William Gill ; born April 21, 1902 in Holland Park, now the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea , † September 1, 1989 in Jersey ) was a British sprinter .
At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 , he reached the quarter-finals over 100 m and the semi- finals over 200 m . In the 4 x 100 meter relay , he won the bronze medal with the British team in the cast of Gill, Edward Smouha , Walter Rangeley and Jack London .
Cyril Gill started for the Polytechnic Harriers.
