DAMAC Residenze (former project name DAMAC Heights or Ocean Heights 2 ) is a skyscraper under construction in Dubai ( United Arab Emirates ).

The slender building, slightly curved towards the top in the shape of a saber, the upper half of which narrows with increasing height, is to reach a height of 335 meters with 85 floors after its completion - originally a height of 420 meters was set. The slender, rising building is intended to function entirely as a residential tower. 85 floors offer a total area of 114,000 square meters. Another five floors are planned underground, mainly for technical facilities. The building was designed by the British architects Aedas . It was not completed until 2018.

In June 2011, the first concreting was carried out on the foundation. After the first foundation work had begun, it had to be interrupted in December 2011 because seawater from the Dubai Marina flooded the excavation after a dam burst. After the leak could be closed, the water was pumped out. A similar incident occurred in 2007 during the construction of the Cayan Tower . In February 2013 the name of the building was changed to DAMAC Heights at the same time as the planned completion height was reduced.

In the lower area, the building is made of a reinforced concrete structure , while the upper part of the building is made of steel.
