Aedas is the largest architecture firm in the world in terms of the number of employed architects . It emerged in 2002 from a merger of two British offices and one Hong Kong office . Aedas has a total of 32 offices on all continents with the exception of Australia. The architecture office is primarily active in the United Arab Emirates, with a focus on Dubai , as there is currently high construction activity there. Aedas covers the entire spectrum of architectural services . There is also a research and development department. In the field of architecture, Aedas usually has several projects in its portfolio for almost every use.
