Ocean Heights is a 310 meter high skyscraper in Dubai . The building has 82 floors that are used for residential purposes. The architecture firm Aedas , known among other things for the Pentominium , designed the building. The project developer was DAMAC Properties.
The foundation stone was laid in 2007, the maximum height was reached in spring 2010 and the building has been ready for occupancy since 2010.
