Dream Dubai Marina (formerly Marina 101) is a skyscraper on the eastern edge of the Dubai Marina in Dubai ( UAE ) which has been built since 2006 with several construction stops.

The needle-like, slim tower as an outstanding part of a high-rise cluster is 426.5 meters high and has 101 floors. Several hundred hotel rooms and residential units have been created in the building. The architect was the National Engineering Bureau. Work was suspended in February 2011 and resumed in June. Work was suspended again in October 2011, but resumed at the end of 2013.

The building was officially opened in 2016, but was not finally completed until 2017.
