The HHHR Tower , also known as Blue Tower , is a skyscraper in Dubai ( United Arab Emirates ).

The residential building on Sheikh Zayed Road with 454 apartments , a height of 317.6 meters and 72 floors, is one of the tallest in the city on the Persian Gulf and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. It was built from 2006 to 2010/11. The curtain wall of the reinforced concrete high-rise is made of glass. A spire was installed on the roof to reach the height. The building was designed by Al Hashemi from Farayand Architectural Engineering Consultancy .
