The Address The BLVD is a skyscraper in Dubai , United Arab Emirates . The hotel opened in March 2017.

The plans for the construction were published in late 2012 by the project developer Emaar Properties . In spring 2013, construction work began on an area not far from the Burj Khalifa , which is also owned by Emaar and is the tallest building in the world. The building, which is compact in terms of its footprint, tapers upwards and only has a narrow floor plan at roof height at a good 300 meters. In addition, two mast-like spiers follow, which bring the structure to its final height of 370 meters. With this height it is one of the tallest buildings in the city, but is still less than half as high as the nearby 828 meter high Burj Khalifa.

The building has 73 floors with mixed use. In the lower third there are 196 hotel suites, while a total of 530 apartments are located on the upper floors.
