The Ahmed Abdul Rahim Al Attar Tower is a skyscraper in Dubai , United Arab Emirates . The building, located on Sheikh Zayed Road , has been 342 meters high since the topping-out ceremony in early 2014 (301 meters to the roof) and has 76 floors. The construction was interrupted several times, but completed in 2018. The skyscraper was commissioned by Al Attar Properties and serves as a residential building. Not far from the tower is the Rose Tower .
