The Deutsche Bahn AG (DB ML AG) was one of the Stinnes AG emerged corporation wholly owned by the Deutsche Bahn AG.
In preparation for the partial sale of the shares in the railway company and the services division of Deutsche Bahn, various activities were bundled in DB ML in 2008 .
DB ML was dissolved on August 26, 2016 with retroactive effect from January 1, 2016 as part of the realignment of the DB Group and the subsidiaries were brought back close to the Group. This is intended to avoid duplication of work and save costs.

history
The company was created on February 6, 2008 by renaming Stinnes AG in order to be able to sell part of Deutsche Bahn to private investors without affecting the infrastructure companies remaining in Deutsche Bahn, which are to remain fully owned by the Federal Republic of Germany .
24.9% of the voting rights should be sold to private investors from October 27, 2008. On October 9, 2008, the IPO was postponed indefinitely due to the uncertainty in the financial markets .
