It is located in the district of Hohenwarsleben eaves at the southern end of Dahlenwarsleber Straße, on the east side of it. The building is in a corner location that characterizes the street scene at the confluence of Dahlenwarsleber Strasse and Karl-Marx-Strasse, which runs south.
Architecture and history
The large two-story farmhouse was built in the early 19th century. The plastered building has ground floor profiled jambs from sandstone on. They correspond to the typical design for the Magdeburg Börde from the post- baroque period . The entrance door is double-winged and has a skylight in the neo-Gothic style . The building is covered with a gable roof .
In the local register of monuments , the farmhouse is registered as a monument under registration number 094 75053 .
