Daisy Countess von Arnim , b. Daisy von Löbbecke (* 1960 in Bremen ) is a German author and entrepreneur .

Life

Daisy Countess von Arnim is a daughter of the pastor and Maj. I. G. Franz-Josef von Löbbecke from Alt-Jägel in Silesia and Irmgard von Maltzahn from Vanselow in Western Pomerania, who fled from Mecklenburg to Lower Saxony from Silesia . She attended schools in Ahlhorn and Wilhelmshaven , studied in Tübingen and worked as a bookseller in Göttingen and as a secretary in Helmstedt . At the time of the fall of the wall , she lived in England .

She has lived with her husband Michael Graf von Arnim since 1995 in the Lichtenhain manor house, which formerly belonged to the Boitzenburg estate, where she began building an apple cider factory in 2000 and now runs a café, farm shop and holiday apartments next to the cider factory.

She is the author of several books with primarily biographical and spiritual content. She appears at church events, for example in 2013 alongside Günther Beckstein as a speaker at the 7th Weimar Bible reading.
