The Dames Ligue 1 2001/02 was the 16th season to determine a champion in Luxembourg women's football . For the first time since its revival in 1997, the league was played with a preliminary round and a subsequent championship and relegation round. The FC Progrès Niederkorn won for the fourth time in a row the league title without losing points.
