Daniel Bürdel

Daniel Bürdel (born July 31, 1974 ; resident in Plasselb and Freiburg i. Ue. ) Is a Swiss politician ( CVP ). He's since 2015 a member of the Grand Council of the Canton of Friborg and since 2011 local council of the municipality of Plaffeien .

Life

Daniel Bürdel attended the Heilig Kreuz College and studied at the University of Freiburg i. Ue business administration. Today he is the deputy director of the Freiburg employers' association.

politics

Bürdel was elected to the Plaffeien community council for the first time in 2011. In the municipal council elections of the newly merged municipality (merger of the municipalities of Plaffeien, Oberschrot and Zumholz ) in 2016, he was confirmed in his office. He exercises the office of financial director and school president in the municipal council. In 2015 he took over the seat of the resigning Grand Councilor Bruno Jendly. In the cantonal elections in 2016 he was confirmed as a Grand Councilor. There he is a member of the Commission for Foreign Affairs.
