Daniel Hofstetter (born July 4, 1992 in Ebersberg ) is a German soccer player . He has played for Wacker Burghausen since 2015 .

Career

In the winter of 2007/08, Hofstetter moved from Wacker Burghausen to TSV 1860 Munich . There he played in the youth department until 2010, and from 2010 in the second team in the Regionalliga Süd . He was also in the first team's squad several times, but was never used there. In March 2012 it was announced that Hofstetter's contract with the "Löwen" will not be extended. Therefore, he was able to move to SpVgg Unterhaching for free . His contract there ran until the summer of 2014. After the contract ended, he joined 1. FC Eintracht Bamberg . Since January 1st, 2015 he has been playing for Wacker Burghausen again.

National team

Hofstetter played a total of 21 games for the German junior national teams. Among other things, he took part in the 2009 U-17 World Cup in Nigeria .
