Daniel Yéboah Tétchi (born November 13, 1984 in Abidjan ) is an Ivorian football goalkeeper.

Career

The goalkeeper, born in the Ivorian capital Abidjan, was trained at SC Bastia and then played in the reserve of the Corsican club. After two seasons on loan at Villemomble Sports in the fourth division, Yéboah moved to US Créteil-Lusitanos . However, since he was unable to assert himself in Europe, he returned to his home country in 2008 to join ASEC Mimosas . In January 2012, his club ASEC Mimosas announced that Yeboah was moving to the French club Dijon FCO after the African Cup of Nations .

Yeboah was in the goal of Ivory Coast at the 2003 Junior World Cup and was called up to the senior national team in the same year. After he was considered one of the main culprits in the failed qualification for the Africa Cup in 2004 , he was only called back to the Ivorian squad as the third goalkeeper behind number one Boubacar Barry and Aristide Zogbo shortly before the 2010 World Cup . In 2012 he was a back-up goalkeeper behind Boubacar Barry at the African Cup of Nations .
