Darío Raúl Fabbro (born March 11, 1976 in Buenos Aires ) is a former Argentine soccer player who played on the position of the striker . In his career, Fabbro's contracts usually only lasted one year.

Career

His first stop was the Argentine club Club Atlético Huracán where he played for two years. He then played for one season for Club Almagro . He then moved to CD Godoy Cruz , the largest club in the Cuyo region . After only one season he left the club and went abroad to CS Emelec in Ecuador . Fabbro was able to net six times in 24 league games. In 2001 he won the championship of the Ecuadorian Serie A , the highest football league in the country, and was in the final of the Copa Merconorte , where they lost to Millonarios FC. His next stop was the Chilean club Club Deportes Concepción where he was under contract for a year. From 2002 to 2003 he played for Sporting Kansas City in Major League Soccer . Then briefly for New England Revolution also in the MLS. After less than two years of MLS, he went back to Argentina to Club Atlético Temperley , where he traditionally stayed for a year. Between 2005 and 2006 he took a break from football and last played from 2006 to 2007 for Platense FC from Honduras .
