Dariusz Kuć

Dariusz Stanisław Kuć (born April 24, 1986 in Krakow ) is a Polish sprinter who specializes in the 100-meter run .

In 2006 he was sixth in the individual competition at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg and won silver in the 4-by-100-meter relay with the Polish team . At the 2007 World Athletics Championships in Osaka and at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, he was eliminated in the quarter-finals. In Beijing he was also part of the Polish 4 x 100 meter relay, which did not reach the finish in the run-up.

In 2009 he was sixth over 60 m at the European Indoor Championships in Turin , but did not get past the quarter-finals again at the World Cup in Berlin . At the EM 2010 in Barcelona he finished fifth with the Polish relay. 2011 followed at the World Cup in Daegu reaching the semi-finals and fourth place in the relay. At the Olympic Games in London in 2012 he failed both in the individual competition and with the Polish relay in the preliminary run.

He was Polish champion over 100 m four times (2006, 2008, 2009, 2012) and once over 200 m (2009). In the hall he won the national title over 60 m three times (2006, 2009, 2012).
