Darling Ridge is a snow-covered, 2350 m high mountain ridge with a flattened summit crown and prominent rock ledges in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . In the Ohio Range of the Horlick Mountains , it extends for 4 km at the northwest corner of Buckeye Table .
A team exploring the Horlick Mountains as part of the United States Antarctic Research Program carried out surveys in December 1958. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the ridge in 1962 after Frederic L. Darling, the team's glaciological assistant.
