Darryl Stephens (born March 7, 1974 in Pasadena , California ) is an American actor , best known for his role in the television series Noah's Arc .

Life

Stephens grew up in Altadena and Pasadena, California . He studied sociology and ethnic studies, and theater and dance at the University of California , Berkeley. He worked in San Francisco for four years with the cult theater company Sassymouth before returning to Los Angeles, where his film and television career began. Stephens played roles like Seamless with Shannon Elizabeth . But his big breakthrough came in 2004 in the series Noah's Arc , which was highly praised by various critics at various film festivals.

Noah's Arc was first broadcast on Logo TV in 2005 and has been on TIMM , a German gay and lesbian TV channel , since the beginning of 2009 . By the end of 2005, Stephens had roles in various homosexual films and comedies, as well as in dramas such as Boy Culture with newcomer Derek Magyar.

Stephens lives relatively withdrawn and reveals very little about his private life. He is openly gay .
