facts

On July 31, 2001 at around 2:50 p.m., passers-by found the approximately 157 cm tall and only 38.5 kg corpse of an approximately 15 to 16 year old girl. The corpse showed a large number of injuries all over the body, which suggest years of serious abuse that had not received medical attention. Among other things, the autopsy revealed a misalignment of the arms as a result of healed fractures, numerous longer scars in the area of the legs, trunk and forehead, burn scars that can result from burns with cigarettes, and a cauliflower ear caused by injuries on the left .

It is believed that the girl looked about two years younger and had dark brown hair about 30 cm long. The color of the eyes could no longer be determined. The dentition was untreated and had no wisdom teeth yet.

The girl was probably in the water for 12–24 hours. Death occurred from two rib fractures caused by blunt force, injuring the lungs and spleen , no more than three days before the discovery. The corpse was tied up and weighted down with a parasol stand and thrown into the Main. The investigations revealed that the girl was probably thrown into the water between the Griesheim barrage and the Wörthspitze . Among other things, due to a scarf-like object belonging to the lacing, it is assumed that the girl originally comes from the Pakistani - Afghan border area, but must have lived in the Rhine-Main area for years, perhaps as a servant. Investigations on site, however, came to nothing. Since entry could not be proven, it cannot be ruled out that the girl entered through diplomatic circles where investigations are difficult due to diplomatic immunity . The body was buried in the Heiligenstock Park Cemetery , financed by donations from the investigators . Even after ten years, the case received considerable reception.
