The playhouse was a puppet show that had been on the first program of GDR television since 1982 .
The eight residents experienced amusing and fantastic adventures in their mobile house with 12 wheels. So Knollo often made something explode with his inventions , while Schlapper was always skeptical and fearful. The vain defifé and the omniscient and enlightening Masine also gave the viewer amusing pleasure.
