Michael Telloke

Michael Telloke (* 1945 ; † May 6, 2010 ) was a German voice actor and actor .

Life

1958 to 1990

Telloke grew up in the GDR and worked there as an actor and speaker since 1958; for example in the GDR puppet show series Das Spielhaus as Casimir the cat. In addition, he was mostly seen in supporting roles in numerous films and series on GDR television . This included appearances in Police Call 110 , tooth for tooth and the multi-part series Sachsens Glanz and Prussens Gloria .

He also worked as a voice actor for DEFA and GDR television and spoke, among others, Franco Nero in the mini-series The Last Days of Pompeii .

1990 to 2006

After the fall of the Berlin Wall he was only initially active as an actor (in 1992 in the mini-series Karl May with Henry Hübchen ). However, he continued to work as a voice actor and could be heard , for example, on Alec Baldwin , Dennis Hopper and William Shatner . Several times he spoke to Lance Henriksen in films and the television series Millennium - Fear Your Neighbor As Yourself . Most recently he dubbed Alan Rickman in 2006 , whom he also spoke several times, in The Taste of Snow . In total, Telloke has spoken over 800 dubbing roles.
