action

The central question of this film is whether Jim can offer the promised elegant wedding despite the interference of the vulgar donor Michelle:

Jim proposes to his longtime girlfriend Michelle after they graduate from college, which she accepts. While the preparations for the wedding are in progress, Jim's old friends arrive for the party. His vulgar former schoolmate Steve Stifler accidentally learns that Jim is graduating, and embarrasses him in front of Michelle's parents. Michelle's parents doubt Jim's seriousness and whether he is a good husband for their daughter, but Jim has promised Michelle an elegant wedding.

Stifler finds out that Jim wants to get married, but that Jim has not invited him. Jim visits Stifler at his place of work to learn to dance from him. Since Jim met Michelle at his party, Stifler can, with the support of the football school team he has trained, force him to invite him to the wedding and take part in the organization. Stifler hopes to win over the bridesmaids.

Meanwhile, Michelle searches in vain for a wedding dress, she wants the wedding dress of a certain designer. Jim and his friends have to find designer Leslie in a gay disco. After Stifler has insulted the homosexuals present, nobody wants to help them with their search. Only after Stifler wins a dance competition does Leslie identify herself and promise Jim the dress. The loser of the dance competition offers to host the stag party.

As a secondary conflict, the competition between Finch and Stifler arises as to who can successfully advertise for Michelle's virgin sister Cadence. The roles are reversed: Finch plays the vulgar proletarian, Stifler plays manners and education. Finch is successful at Cadence, but Stifler wins her parents' sympathy through several actions not typical of his character.

Meanwhile, Jim's friends Stifler, Finch and Kevin Myers celebrate a wild bachelorette party with two strippers.

Stifler forgets to inform Jim about the celebration at his house. But he wants to convince Michelle's worried parents of his seriousness there. Finch notices with horror that Jim is driving up with his future in-laws. The three try in vain to hide the strippers, the gay organizer and the naked, tied up Kevin, while Jim sits in the living room with Michelle's parents talking. After a few strange incidents and the appearance of the gay pretending to be a servant in front of Jim and Michelle's parents, Michelle's mother discovers Kevin tied up in a broom closet. Stifler shows up and takes the blame, explaining that he should portray Jim as a better person by hiring a personal servant and rescue Jim from the closet. Michelle's parents then entrust the wedding ring to Stifler and give Jim their blessing.

Jim shaves his private parts. The hair gets into the kitchen fan and stains the wedding cake. Stifler feeds the ring entrusted to him for Michelle to one of her parents' dogs. Jim's grumpy grandmother, who sits in a wheelchair, rejects Michelle because she is not Jewish. Stifler's unusually charming manner is revealed when he uses vulgar language to explain to Finch and Cadence (whom Stifler hadn't noticed) how he wants to “lay Cadence”. Stifler is then unloaded after he has turned the cold store into an oven and the wedding flowers have wilted.

Cadence now turns completely away from Stifler. But Stifler can get new flowers by ringing the saleswoman's doorbell at night. With the help of his team, Stifler can redecorate the wedding venue.

Stifler wins back Cadence's sympathy with a rose and honesty. She wants to meet him at night in a closet. Finch gives up.

Jim and Michelle can put their fears of marriage aside. Stifler sleeps in the dark storage room with Jim's grandmother, whom he took to be Cadence in the dark.

Jim's grandmother is in a better mood now and agrees to the wedding. Stifler brings Michelle's ring. Jim and Michelle get married. As in the previous two parts, Finch sleeps with Stifler's mother, who has arrived at the hotel.

criticism

“While the first part still lived from a careful drawing of the figures and a precise feeling for the life world of the figures, such qualities have long since disappeared in the constant fire of the Zoten. At most the actors know how to set a few positive accents. "
