Muse Watson (born July 20, 1948 in Alexandria , Louisiana ) is an American actor .

Watson studied music at Louisiana Tech University for two years before going to Berea College in Berea , Kentucky . There he had his first appearance as Petruchio in William Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew . During his time in Berea, he played in various theaters . He played the title role in Hamlet , Stanley in Endstation Sehnsucht , Pale in Burn This and Cervantes in Man of La Mancha .

Since 1989 Watson has played in various film and television productions. He was like that, also in bigger roles, in different films like Assassins - Die Killer , From Dusk Till Dawn 2 - Texas Blood Money , I Know What You Did Last Summer and its sequel I Still Know What You Done Last Summer have to see.

Watson also had various guest appearances in television series, mostly in crime series such as JAG - On behalf of the honor , Walker, Texas Ranger , The Mentalist or Castle , or in the youth series iCarly . In the series Prison Break he played the lead role of inmate Charles Westmoreland in the first season. In JAG - spin-off NCIS Watson had from 2006 to 2011, the recurring role of the former agent Mike Franks. In episode 185 he dies the film death, but continued to appear at irregular intervals as the ghost of Mike Franks in the series.
