The silent film was produced by the Oliver Berlin company (no. 4872). It was 1287 meters long, which corresponds to about 47 minutes. The film had three acts in total . A second version of the film existed, but it was a little shorter at 1185 meters. The censorship checked him in September 1917, whereby he received a youth ban from the Berlin police (No. 40943).
