The Daskot Point (English, Bulgarian нос Дъскот nos Daskot ) is an ice-covered headland at the Oskar-II. coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . At the eastern end of the Blagoevgrad Peninsula , it is 11.38 km east of St. Gorazd Peak , 4.3 km south of Whiteside Hill and 4.55 km north-northeast of Kesten Point on the north side of the entrance to Yamforina Cove . The headland was exposed when the Larsen Ice Shelf broke up in 2002
The mapping took place in 2012. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in the same year after the town of Daskot in northern Bulgaria .
