Dave Ramone (real name Friedrich Leidig ) is a German DJ and music producer from Fürth .

Career

Fritz Leidig is originally from Munich and started as a DJ in the 1990s. Under the name Ramone and later as Dave Ramone , he released singles and remixes in the 2000s with Arnold Palmer and Frank Knebel alias Thomas Gold, among others . He made several remixes for the Swedish singer September , including the UK radio edit of her top 5 hit Cry for You . Other musicians he worked for include DJ Antoine , Cascada , Master Blaster , Pulsedriver and Loona .

In 2014 he founded the music agency Kickson in Fürth and two years later he published the song Love on Repeat with the singer Minelli there . The single entered the German charts in September 2016 . After two weeks, however , the BVMI examination committee found suspicious sales and took the song out of the evaluation. As a result of the review, attempted chart manipulation was recognized and the single was banned from the charts for eight weeks.
