Core theses

  1. Masculine / feminine or Yin and Yang are polar , energetic forms of expression that are visible at every moment in landscape, architecture, weather, etc. as well as as an aspect of human behavior. With this viewing angle you can see sexual polarity in everyday life not only between people.
  2. To understand sexual polarity, it is useful to recognize whether your own essence (identity or essence) is more feminine, neutral or masculine. It corresponds to the biological sex in only approx. 80% of people, in approx. 10% it is neutral and in approx. 10% opposite.
  3. Personality structures ( roles , behavioral patterns ) develop through experiences and impressions in the first 30 years of life . When the outside world rejects polar behavior, a complementary personality layer is formed as a protective mechanism. These onion skins of personality envelop the sexual core in alternation between masculine and feminine. This makes contact with one's own sexual identity more and more difficult and the behavior is experienced as incongruent. If people only meet from these unconscious patterns, the result is often unsatisfactory.
  4. When the polar drives become conscious, love skills open up, which ultimately transcend the love partner as a projection screen and can lead to spiritual enlightenment experiences . Deida finds suitable methods for this in teaching buildings of Yoga , Tantra , Daoism and Sufism (cf. Rumi ).
