David Lambert (born November 29, 1992 in Baton Rouge , Louisiana ) is an American actor .

Life

David Lambert was born half Puerto Rican on November 29, 1992 in Baton Rouge , Louisiana . He has been home schooled as he has lived in the United Kingdom , Texas, and Taiwan . He has lived in Georgia for several years . He moved to Toronto to film Aaron Stone . He is fluent in Spanish and plays the trumpet. He also sings, his voice is tenor . He has a brother and a sister. His father died at the age of 16. He is very good friends with Kelly Blatz .

He began his career with theater roles such as Mr. Tumnus in The Chronicles of Narnia or in The Wizard of Oz . He went to an open casting for Joy Pervis' acting agency and was discovered by them. His first role was in the television series Tyler Perry's House of Payne . He then starred as JJ in an episode of Psych . He became famous for the role of Jason Landers , the series brother of Kelly Blatz , in the Disney XD - TV series Aaron Stone , which he played from 2009 by 2010. In the Disney Channel Original Movie My Brother the Girl Scout! he played Danny "Goose" Gustavo .

In October 2012, he was given the lead role as Brandon Foster in the Jennifer Lopez- produced ABC Family television series The Fosters , which has aired since June 2013.
