David Müller (born November 1, 1991 in Esslingen am Neckar ) is a German soccer player who has been playing for the Stuttgarter Kickers since 2017 . His preferred position is the defensive midfield.
Career
In his youth, Müller first played for TSV Baltmannsweiler and FV 09 Nürtingen . In 2009 he moved from the Stuttgarter Kickers to the youth team at VfB Stuttgart . On June 4, 2010, David Müller won the U-19 WFV Cup with VfB . At the beginning of the 2010/11 season he was part of the VfB Stuttgart II squad .
Müller made his professional debut on April 20, 2011 on the 34th matchday of that season for VfB II in the 3rd professional league against Kickers Offenbach . Four days later he made the final score of 5-1 with his first professional goal on matchday 35 against Rot Weiss Ahlen .
On January 1, 2012, David Müller moved to the second team at FC Schalke 04 . In the 2014/15 season he joined SV Rödinghausen . In the winter break of 2016/17, Müller was signed by the regional league team Stuttgarter Kickers.
