Davide Possanzini

Davide Possanzini (born February 9, 1976 in Loreto ) is a former Italian football player .

The striker began his career with Calcio Lecco in 1995 in Serie C2 . From 1996 to 1998 he was with Varese and then moved to Reggina Calcio , with whom he rose to Serie A in 1999. In 2001 he went to Sampdoria Genoa , in 2002 to Catania Calcio and in 2003 to UC AlbinoLeffe . In 2005 he was at Palermo , but he completed only two games, and in the same year he moved to Brescia Calcio in the Serie B . In December 2007, he first refused a doping test and then showed up late. He was banned for 15 days. A one-year ban from CONI was lifted by the International Court of Justice. In 2010 he was promoted to Serie A with Brescia. In 2011 he went to FC Lugano in Switzerland. In January 2012 he came back to Italy and played for US Cremonese . In the summer he ended his professional career for health reasons.
