A virus has turned residents of an entire city into zombies . Elite fighter Chris tries to survive with a small group of uninfected people. In an abandoned mansion they discover the causes of the epidemic.

The film celebrated its world premiere on March 14, 2010 in Glauchau . It was also shown at the 60th Berlinale in 2010. As part of the Midnight Movies series , the film opened in UCI Kinowelt cinemas on February 10, 2012 . The film was finally released on DVD on April 27, 2012.

Reviews

While the rating on the “Moviepilot.de” page fluctuates, it is between 0 and a point of a maximum of 10, the film has an average rating (5.1 out of 10) in the imdb internet database.

The Deadline Filmmagazin , however, saw the film as “one of the best German zombie films ever”. According to Virus Magazine , director David Brückner “pays homage to Resident Evil ”.

The "Spielemagazin.de" drew the following conclusion in 2012: "Switch off your brain, open a bottle of beer. Optionally join a few zombie brothers in front of the screen and off you go. Uuuuaaaah!" The rating is 68 out of 100 percent.
