Deidameia (daughter of Bellerophon)

Deidameia ( Greek  Δηιδάμεια ), also Laodameia ( Greek  Λαοδάμεια ), is a daughter of Bellerophon in Greek mythology .

She marries Euandros , the king of Lycia , who is a son of Sarpedon , a brother of the Cretan king Minos . They have a son, Sarpedon , who fought in the Trojan War . Homer calls Deidameia Laodameia and Sarpedon the son of Zeus .
