Deimantas Petravičius (born September 2, 1995 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian football player who is under contract with Queen of the South in the Scottish Championship .
Career
society
Deimantas Petravičius played in the National Football Academy of Lithuania until 2011. From 2011 he was active at Nottingham Forest for five years . However, he made his professional debut during a loan to English fourth division FC Stevenage, where he played from January to March 2016. He made his Nottingham debut shortly after his return on March 5, 2016 against Ipswich Town when he came on for Ryan Mendes . After only one assignment in Forrest's first team, he left the club in August 2016 for Poland and signed a contract with Zagłębie Lubin . For the club from Lower Silesia , however, he only played once against Wisła Płock in the 2016/17 season . In August 2017, the 21-year-old moved to Motherwell FC after a successful trial session . A season later, a move to the Scottish second division club FC Falkirk followed .
National team
Deimantas Petravičius began to represent Lithuania in international matches from 2011. He made his debut in June 2011 in the Lithuanian U-17 national team against Finland . In his seventh of eight games in this age group, he scored his first goal in the national shirt against Denmark . From 2012 he played in the U-19 national team . With the U-19 selection he took in 2013 at the European Championships in part in his home country. On November 18, 2013 Petravičius made his debut in the senior team against Moldova . A day later he also made his debut in the U-21 national team .
