Your youth is a German electro-pop-punk band from Mannheim . It consists of Laura Carbone and Tim Bonassis (Tim Eiermann from Liquido ), who found each other via Myspace . The third founding member, Wolle Maier (D.Havana), left the band before the release of the debut album.
history
The band was founded in summer 2008 by Laura Carbone and the producer team Bonassis and D. Havana, who have also worked with Otto von Schirach , gynecologist and Gigi D'Agostino . The band has both English and German-language songs.
The debut album We are your youth was released in October 2010. Motor.de writes about it: “A few fresh sounds and ideas, but also a lot of mediocrity”, Westropolis.de formulates: “All in all a rock solid album, which here and there lengths has, but contains some very good pieces. "
Your youth toured numerous clubs and bars in Germany and abroad, for example in Milan and Zurich.
In 2013 the second album was recorded, on September 20, 2013 the single Serotonin was released in advance . The album of the same name was released on November 8, 2013.
