Deliciously Ella

Deliciously Ella , actually Eleanor Laura Davan Mills , née Eleanor Laura Davan Woodward , (born May 31, 1991 in Rugby , England ) is a British food blogger , author and founder of the Deliciously Ella brand .

Woodward was born the daughter of politician Shaun Woodward and his wife Camilla, daughter of politician Tim Sainsbury and granddaughter of Alan Sainsbury, Baron Sainsbury , founder of the supermarket chain J Sainsbury . She attended rugby school and then graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in art history in 2013 . In 2016 she married Matthew Mills, the son of MP Tessa Jowell .

At 19, Mills had a nervous system disorder that made her bedridden. The medication did not help against the palpitations or blood pressure problems. Spurred on by Kris Carr's book Crazy Sexy Diet , she became a vegan and has been documenting her path in a blog since 2012. Her account on Instagram has 1.4 million subscribers. She runs two restaurants in London and has written several bestsellers. The Guardian named her the most successful diet book author of 2016.
