Denis Lapaczinski (born September 26, 1981 in Reutlingen ) is a former German soccer player .
biography
Lapaczinski began his career in the season 1998/99 in the Regional team of VfB Stuttgart and joined the season 1999/2000 for SSV Reutlingen 05 . After six goals in 33 second division games , the youth international left Reutlingen for the 2001/02 season for Hertha BSC .
Due, among other things, to an ankle injury and a ten-month break from playing, he only played 22 Bundesliga games in three years at Hertha , in which he scored two goals. Lapaczinski joined the season 2004/05 for FC Hansa Rostock , with whom he after 13 Premiership appearances (without a goal) at the end of the season 2004/05 descent. With FC Hansa he completed another season in the 2nd Bundesliga, also with 13 games without scoring.
From summer 2006 he was under contract with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim , which in 2007 was promoted from the regional league to the 2nd Bundesliga. However, he was not part of the regular team of professionals, for which he only completed two missions; he was mostly used in the upper league team of Hoffenheim. For the 2008/09 season he left the club with an unknown goal; It was not until the beginning of March 2009 that he found a new employer at SSV Reutlingen 05 . For the 2009/10 season Lapaczinski moved to FC Schalke 04 , whose second team he was part of two seasons in the Regionalliga West . After the 2010/11 season, he ended his active career.
Lapaczinski celebrated his only title with Hertha BSC in 2001 and 2002 when he won the DFB League Cup.
After the end of his career, Lapaczinski worked in various positions at SSV Reutlingen from 2011 to 2014, most recently as a scout and responsible for sponsoring. In March 2019, he took the position of team manager at 1. FC Köln .
