Deniz Ömer Sari (born July 29, 1985 in Braunschweig ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Deniz Sari first played in his hometown for Eintracht Braunschweig before he found a job in Bavaria when he was 18. The last year he was at the sports club Eintracht Freising and then played for the district league club SV Türkgücü Ataspor from Munich . Then he went to Turkey in Van in Eastern Anatolia , where he joined Belediye Vanspor .

He played for the second division until August 2009, before, after a detour in Turkish amateur football, German coach Thomas Geist brought him to FK Laktaši in the Bosnian-Herzegovinian first division as a reinforcement in the relegation battle in early 2010 . But there was only one short assignment and when the club was relegated at the end of the season, its commitment there was already over.

He returned to Bavaria and joined VfR Jettingen in the Swabian North District League. Heiko Herrlich , the coach of SpVgg Unterhaching , discovered Sari by chance at a leisure game and brought him to the club for the 2011/12 season. There he played seven times in the Bayernliga team, but was also a substitute in the first team in the 3rd division. As of December 31, 2011, Sari's contract with SpVgg was terminated.
