The Geisha Boy is an American comedy film directed by Frank Tashlin , which was released in US cinemas on November 2, 1958 and was released in Germany on December 21, 1959. In Austria, the film was released under the title Jerry Out of Control .
action
The magician Wooley and his partner Harry, a rabbit, want to inspire American soldiers in Japan and Korea with their tricks. While Harry is content with a few carrots, Wooley barely makes enough money to survive. Nevertheless, he shows his dexterity for little money and entertains his audience splendidly. However, Wooley not only makes the soldiers forget their everyday lives, but also takes care of a Japanese orphan boy whom he lures out of his isolation with his care and humor.
