action

The Jauffenbergers have built a global empire in the sporting goods industry. Ruprecht Jauffenberger is the head of the house. Andi and Clara are from his first marriage and Toni is from his second marriage. Ruprecht's brother Florian and his wife Anna also belong to the family.

Ruprecht Jauffenberger fights to keep the family business, but slowly loses control. A business partner breaks his word and the reckless Toni has brought the dubious main competitor Kira von Mayenbrink into play. A fierce competition breaks out between Andi and Toni. In addition, Ruprecht's lover, the waitress Johanna Härtlein, would like to play a decisive role in the company.

The series is set in Germany, Austria and the Antilles .

background

The DM 13 million production was an attempt by ProSieben to stage a German family saga comparable to Das Erbe der Guldenburgs . However, the audience interest was so low that the broadcast was canceled after ten episodes. The last four episodes already produced were only broadcast on the home channel in 2007 .
