Nicolin Kunz

Nicolin (actually Christiane-Nicolin) Kunz (born December 9, 1953 in Vienna , † December 31, 1997 in Carinthia ) was an Austrian actress and daughter of the Austrian opera singer Erich Kunz .

Professional career and life

After graduating from the French Lyceum in Vienna , she graduated from the Secretaries Academy. The qualified secretary Kunz was initially employed in 1976 at the Austrian foreign trade agency in Montréal . In addition, she attended interpreting schools for French and Italian.

It was not until 1978 that she received private acting training and in the same year her first theater engagement at the Vienna Volkstheater . Since 1979 she has been part of the ensemble at the Theater in der Josefstadt for many years .

In addition, she took part in various television films, including A Child Was Witness or the television series Ringstrasse Palace .

On New Year's Eve 1997 she died unexpectedly of a heart attack and was buried in the honorary grave of her father in the Vienna Central Cemetery (group 40, number 174).
