Derek Magyar

Derek Magyar is an American actor with Hungarian roots.

Life

Magyar is best known as the director and producer of the film Flying Lessons , as the main character "X" in the film Boy Culture and for his role as Commander Kelby in the fourth season of Star Trek: Enterprise .

He graduated from the California Institute of the Arts in 2003 and has since appeared in several series and films. In 2005 he was cast as the new chief engineer in the series Star Trek: Enterprise , a year later he got the lead role in the film Boy Culture .
