Derek master

Derek Meister (born August 29, 1973 in Hanover ) is a German writer and screenwriter .

Life

Derek Meister studied film and television dramaturgy at the "Konrad Wolf" University of Film and Television in Potsdam / Babelsberg. During the studies, ZDF produced scripts. He was gone! nominated for the First Steps Award . In addition, the game Wiggles , for which he wrote the script, won industry awards.

The best-known works are the historical crime novels about the Lübeck merchant Rungholt. The band Rungholts Ehre was nominated for the Friedrich Glauser Prize in the category “Best Crime Debut”.

Derek Meister is married to Marion Meister and has been working as a freelance writer since 1999.
